All packages are shipped out with a tracking link. Once we obtain the tracking information from our Carrier, we will forward a tracking link automatically through email so you can follow up on your package. Please see below the estimated shipping times to your country/region.

If you are ordering from outside of the US you may have to pay import tax and duty charges.

We are is not liable for any import tax or duty charges issued by your country's national import office. Such charges are issued to the recipient and are not controlled.

Order Processing time
Order processing time is between 3-5 business days, and is used to make your order, check for quality assurance, packing, printing of shipping labels, and forwarding it to our shipping company for dispatch.

Please, pay attention:

Our tracksuits are completely handmade and are made in limited quantities. We carefully monitor the quality of each suit at all stages of production from the choice of fabric to the manufacture of cuffs. Therefore, tailoring one suit can take up to 2 weeks (excluding delivery times). Please pay attention to this when ordering: if you need the tracksuit urgently or for a specific date, please contact us via e-mail or the contact form on the website; then we will help you choose something from ready-made suits or choose with you a specific date by which the suit should be delivered to you.

Order cancellations
We will not be able to cancel orders once it has begun to be processed. As a general rule of thumb, if you do not email us within 5 hours of placing an order, there is a high chance that we will not be able to cancel it. Nonetheless, do drop us an email at as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order.

Orders that are unable to be delivered
All packages that are refused, unclaimed from the local post office, undeliverable as addressed because you input the wrong name or address when you placed your order, will not be our responsibility. We reserve the right to charge a restocking and shipping fee of 30-50% of an item's value if that happens. So please do remember to check your address carefully when you place an order.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships out and our database updated with your online tracking number, we'll send you an email with the online tracking information which you can use to track your package. If 6 business days has passed and you still have not received this email from us, simply drop us an email at and we'll check it out for you right away.
